How to Request Deletion

To delete your Wittzy data, send an email to hello@wittzy.app with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account.

What Gets Deleted

✅ Deleted immediately upon request

  • Your email address from our waitlist or contact records
  • Any account information stored on our servers

ℹ️ Already not stored

  • Message content you enter — never stored after AI processing
  • Photos or screenshots you upload — never stored after text extraction

⚠️ Third-party data

Subscription and purchase records are managed by RevenueCat and Google Play / Apple App Store. To delete this data, please also contact: RevenueCat and your app store provider.
